Add it to your email

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. In Zoho Mail, open Settings ⚙ › Signature › Add new.
  3. Click in the editor and paste (Ctrl/⌘ + V). If the layout looks wrong, use the editor's Insert HTML option and paste the HTML code instead.
  4. Link it to your email address, set it as default for new mails and replies, then Save.

The banner and flag animate in Zoho, Gmail, Apple Mail and phones. Outlook desktop shows them still, and the first banner slide already lists every scope and brand.

WhatsApp button opens a chat with your number on the reader’s phone or WhatsApp desktop.

Admins: keep Zoho's Organization Signature Template switched off. When it's on, it replaces everyone's own signature.
